What goals do you want to accomplish in your term?
I would like to continue upon the work we began in this term. Whether it be through legislation or through projects and programs, I want to improve on those avenues in this coming term. I have dedicated my work to three core values which still govern what I do now, which I refer to as the “Three C’s”, which are as follows:
COMMITMENT
I pledge to devote myself fully to our precinct and its constituents. I stand committed to making myself and our resources available for those who need our help. I also pledge to draft and co-sponsor legislation with your best interests in mind.
COLLABORATION
I continue to pledge to work with members on both sides of the aisle, regardless of party affiliation. During my first term, I very much valued the input of ALL of my colleague’s opinions and assisted them in drafting bills and putting together projects for our people. If elected, I intend to continue that methodology and further strengthen it because working to serve our precinct and the CNMI is a team effort.
COMMUNITY
Lastly, I pledge again to be open to you – the residents of Precinct 1. I will continue to keep our lines open for assistance, and communicate vital information and legislation to you to ensure transparent feedback between your House and our friends and neighbors. As much as you will seek my help, I will continue to welcome your input and concerns. A strong community equals a strong district, and a strong and vibrant Marianas.
Why should voters vote for you?
I humbly ask our voters to vote for me because I’m a guy who likes to listen from both sides in regards to the issues at hand. As much as I have opinions to those issues, I am an open book when it comes to solving those problems. And now that I’m running as an Independent, I further pledge to work with both sides of the aisle to come to solutions to the issues we’re dealing with.
These last two years have given me more knowledge in regards to how to effectively serve and I hope that with the experience of being at the table working to come up with solutions, it can lead to more improvements to our district and our Commonwealth. The work won’t be easy and the fixes won’t be overnight, but I am more than willing to continue working for our constituents in Precinct 1.
Where can voters learn more about your campaign?
