Why should voters vote for you?
As a 22-year Navy veteran, I’ve learned that any task requiring more than one individual;
means teamwork, collaboration, and positive communication is required to succeed.
I also learned that to be a true leader, one must also be a true follower.
I’ve seen many leaders fail, just because they have a higher education then their followers;
but yet lack common sense, and real-world experience.
I’ve seen many leaders fail, just because they’ve been on the job the longest; and can’t
change or adapt with the time.
I’ve seen leaders fail, just because they knew the right person(s) that placed them in the
position; nepotism.
I’ve been thought by my mentors that there would always be problems; just don’t be a part of
it by complaining and criticizing. If I can’t come up with a solution, there are people around
the world that will be willing to help; just reach out. If I don’t have anything nice to say,
don’t say anything!
I’ve work as part of a team, followed, manage, and lead. I believe that with my experience, I
can be of some benefit to our CNMI community, and to whom ever will have the privilege in
serving.
With a positive attitude, due diligence, teamwork, and great communication; we can
overcome anything!
