We launched this page as a way to get to know YOU. Network with other Young Professionals and let’s engage on projects and ideas for the benefit of the CNMI. What motivates and inspires you? As young professionals how can we contribute to our island, and or what project would you like to see come to life? What are your issues of concern, and how can we work together effectively as young professionals to address our challenges? Let’s start networking and connecting resources to utilize our strengths in achieving success. If you share the same drive as we do this group is definitely for you! MYPros Objectives

  • Attract, promote, and retain young professionals in the CNMI;
  • Provide young professionals with unique opportunities for professional development, entrepreneurial endeavors, networking, mentoring, and civic involvement;
  • Empower our future leaders to enact positive change;
  • Build fruitful partnerships across all sectors of our community

Our Committees

The Members of your Committee come from various industries within the business community in the CNMI. They are diverse, driven and dedicated to bringing the mission of the Marianas Young Professionals to life.

Membership Committee:

In charge of recruiting new members. The expectation of this committee is that it should be pro-active and work with goals provided by the committee with insight from the board.

Social Networking Committee:

In charge of all social media outlets, this committee is encouraged to coordinate with the board on all events and media relevant to each platform.

Events & Mixers Committee:

In charge of all events, mixers, fundraisers, and or projects proposed by its committee.

Community Outreach Committee:

In charge of all community efforts and projects introduced and or proposed by its committee. Will work hand in hand with the Events Committee to successfully plan and coordinate each project.

Government & Private Relations Committee:

In charge of building relations with government agencies and the private sector on establishing a compromise on specific policies and or topics that may or may not have an adverse effect on either party.

Business Development Committee:

In charge of facilitating workshops and projects pertaining to economic growth in the CNMI. Will work with the board and other committees to establish these projects.

Environmental Committee:

In charge of coordinating projects and efforts that strengthen community awareness of environmental responsibility. Will work with the board and other committees to establish these projects.

Educational Committee:

In charge of coordinating projects and efforts that support, and promote higher learning in the CNMI. The board can also provided ideas along with educational incentives for CNMI students that participate in these projects.
